You don’t have to row on the water to get the great health and fitness benefits of rowing. You can get as good a workout rowing indoors as you can on the water. At Greystones Community Rowing we use the same Concept2 rowing machines that are used by Olympic rowers to replicate the feel and fitness benefits of rowing on the water, with the advantage of constant workout feedback.
